Rental Application

There are three parts to our Rental Application. First Step is to fill out the basic info form below. Second Step is add the application fee to your cart and check out. Third step is to check your email and look for an email form our partner Tenant Tracks who will then direct you on how to run your Background and Credit Reports and send them directly to us. If all three parts are no completed your application will not be considered finished. Please contact our office with any questions.

By submitting this application I believe the statements I have made to be true, correct and accurate. I hereby recognize that a credit, criminal and rental check is needed to have my application considered. The background check needs to include: credit history report, employment history, rent payment verification and bank verification. I understand that any discrepancy or lack of information may result in the rejection or disqualification of this application. I understand that this is only an application to be considered for an apartment and does not constitute any kind rental or lease agreement in whole or in part. I further understand that there is a NON-REFUNDABLE application fee to cover the cost of processing my application and I am not entitled to a refund even if my application is not accepted. Any questions in regards to a rejected applications must be made in writing and accompanied by a self-addressed and stamped envelope.

Additionally, by submitting this application you grant 541 Realty LLC to communicate with all your contacts listed in the event we can not locate you. Furthermore, if you abandon the apartment for any reason then you grant us permission to allow your contacts listed in this application access to remove all contents of the dwelling on your behalf.

Step 3: Screening​​

Your done! For now. Once your application is submitted and fee is confirmed paid you will receive an email from our exclusive partner Tenant Tracks who will run your credit, background and rental check and direct you on how to submit the results directly to us. This allows you to be in control of your personal info throughout the entire process while submitting the reports we need .
